Graduated from the University of Melbourne, Australia in 1987 and obtained Master of Science (Geotechnical Engineering) from the National University of Singapore in 1994, Dick Young was also formerly the Managing Director for Soil & Foundation Pte Ltd, Ground Engineering Technologies Pte Ltd and Trenchless Construction Pte Ltd, subsidiaries of public listed company SP Corp. Dick Young has in depth knowledge in the Civil Engineering field especially in the geotechnical aspects. His main expertise’s are in the areas of jetty, deep basement construction, foundation and infrastructures.
Er. RAYMOND YONG YEEN SAN
He is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore and Malaysia with the Professional Engineers Board.
He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1988 and obtained Master degree (Geotechnical Engineering) in the National University of Singapore in 2013. Raymond’s strength is focus on the high rise structures which require a more complex engineering knowledge. He has involved in projects such as a 30-storey hotel development at KL Sentral Precinct F, 30-storey mixed development at Chain Ferry Road, Butterworth, and a 35-storey condominium at Leonie Road which has completed in year 2010.
MR ALBERT LEE, Architect
He is an Architect, registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore. He obtained his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of New South Wales. Albert has accumulated more than 20 years of working experience managing projects of all sizes in the hospitality, residential, industrial and mixed-use sectors in Singapore, Vietnam and United Arab Emirates. His experience includes project managing developments by established developers such as Capitaland Limited, City Developments Limited and Arcapita / Dubai Sports City JV. Albert was with Nikken Sekkei International Limited in Singapore for 10 years and rose to the position of Project Director there.
